Summer Getaways: Davao Crocodile Park, Davao City
Diving way down south this summer season is hotter than ever, the Queen City of the South certainly has some great spots uniquely distinct for both the city dwellers and beach bunnies alike. We’ve divided our Davao Experience into two, catering to both genres.
First up is the nature trail in Davao City, it is the home of the famous Davao Crocodile Park. The park showcases not only the friendly amphibians but it expanded and made several habitats for birds, snakes and fishes making it a mini-zoo in itself. Ideal for graders and nature-lovers, the trip is headed by a resident tour guide but we stayed to linger around and watch the crocodiles soak up in the pool.
Davao indeed preserves so much of it natural resources to make their lands adaptable for all species, be it humans or animals. Up next in Davao City Part 2, let’s look into relaxation – the Davaoeño way and find out more must-see places in the South.
